Our trip to Genting on their Alphard was a breeze and the most comfortable ride I have ever taken. Car was clean and new. Driver was very punctual and dedicated. Xiong ensured that we were comfortable and planned our dinner during the massive traffic jam along the NS highway during our return trip. Great and frictionless experience. Car came on time, driver was friendly and patient, car was a fairly new Alphard. The journey was very comfortable and the three travellers were able to sleep most of the way. I was planning a family get together trip for 7 of us to Genting highland . Becoz there are 6 eldery in this trip so comfort n convenience is my first priority . I tried to ask around for a few companies and I came across MY-SG premium transport. Among all the companies I conversed with, though this is not the cheapest but what impressed me was Isabel from MY-‘SG premium transport was  very prompt to reply to my questions and requests and she was upfront on what is expected as safety is my concern. Happy with their customer services; and the Alphard MPV car is clean and having a safe driver is also very important for the long journey in Malaysia.
